Just put 2+2 together. Since the Attorneys for the Ad Hoc obviously sandbagged us, perhaps their real objective all the time was getting access to those sealed documents. If furnace sale timing is disclosed in there they have some really valuable information to trade with,don't they? I expect some of that info will turn up in the hands of traders very soon.

Because of Southard's recent comment I believe the whole Ad Hoc was a sham. The Ad Hoc "members" weren't even participating in the process.

In fact, I posted the accurate information immediately as soon as our attorneys informed us as to what had happened (on 10/7), after many emails to them in the mean time asking for updates. Sorry if it wasn't fast enough for you, but I couldn't report what I didn't know. Didn't see where anyone else posted actual information before I did. Again, you can spend your own money to listen live, or you can wait for second-hand information.
