Totally agreed.

Here is my speculation for what is going on with our company:

Since we got the line of equity and the $450,000 up front, our company has been super super busy to make things happen. I mean why would we just let that new money just sit there and not help us...? Just wouldn't make sense. So they must be working on the new flavors, working on getting distribution deals so by the new year we will be on shelves all over the nation, working on a major marketing campaign, extra money going to buying back some shares, and then finally filing the 8k.

Now with all of that, think of this. If it was YOU in this situation, would you be able to handle all of that within one week? I don't think most people could because all of that is really huge!! It is literally creating the base of this company and they are trying to create a high standard for our company. This stuff just doesn't happen over night and there is a lot you can do with 5 million.
