At least you agree that there will be a filing as stated in the PR...

...and when it is filed, it will clarify the situation making all of these questionable messages leading up to it that much hand-wringing, biting of nails and gnashing of teeth...

I wouldn't be surprised it's filed by COB today and appears Monday, if not sooner...
