I had to do a little digging, Andiamo Resources, LLC does not appear to be related to Andiamo Corp.

One of things that should tip you off is that Andiamo Corp was not given a separate section in the News Releases when they discussed the companies involved in the natural gas project.

From the records I could find, Andiamo Resources, LLC was created in 2013.

Does not seem like it's related to Andiamo Corp.
