IBEX is NOT that much and that is the only debt of the company. The 24 million is accumulated loss (money spent) not debt and is a tax loss write off. So even if IBEX debt was 9 million the company would get 41 million. That is 4 times the market cap. And don't forget B Braun, THAT all by itself will take the company profitable.

If I remember correctly IBEX is less than 2.5 million.
