Eventually, MLB will have to step into the excessive celebrations...

like the NFL had to do.

Choreographed TD spikes. Autographed TD balls. TD cell phone selfies. TO spiking the Dallas start, Emmitt Smith spiking TO. etc. Cross the line and you earn your team a 15 yard penalty.

Bat flips and fist pumps are going to keep escalating until they go to far. Infants getting pelted from the upper deck with beer cans constitutes going to far.
