Also ask qualifications for acceptance and he gave me the obvious answer but I will continue to find out more if possible.

A "late-breaker abstract" is an abstract that was submitted after September 1st, due to late results in clinical trials, thus not submitted in the initial call for abstracts in June (i.e. late-breaking results).
