Telling the Judge:

We invested in a microcrap stock dream, despite having unpaid credit card, and assorted debt. As in make a wish, and wait for bat guano to fall from the sky. And it did! In the form of a huge divy.

The divy landed in our accounts, therefore it's our divy, our money. We're innocent! Not only that but we upped the investment in the microcrap stock dream (i.e. stepping in the bat guano), and/or paid off debt, bought the latest iPhone, etc. It's already spent, which just proves it was our bat guano... we mean money to spend. And whoa be un to us, we can't afford the margin call. Therefore, we ask that you tell COR, they can't have back the divy funds given to us via fraud. We're innocent!!

No doubt the Judge will be impressed by SHs moaning they have been scammed, then double scammed, and requesting they be rewarded for it. Not our fault, we're innocent!!!
