Sparkling Ice is a multi million dollar a year business and they only have SI.

Minerco has V. Fizz and other products, plus a Distro company.

I'm sure that all successful beverage companies started by producing & distributing smaller quantities of their product.

If Pepsi & Coke (even SI for that matter) owners would have ascribed to the theory of "we're not producing/selling enough bottles after 1 year so we are doomed, let's close shop," mentality, they would have never became the Giants that they are today.
