Win 10 aggression has hit my Win 7 machine even though I changed my Win Update preferences from automatic...
They still send the "Optional" Win 10 update and I suspect they will eventually "bundle" it within some other "Important" update...

I used this link to uninstall KB3035583 which is the Windows 10 Downloader for Windows 7 and 8.1
and I NO LONGER check/accept any Recommended or Optional Windows Updates anymore, just the Important ones...
BUT have seen it listed again and again, under Optional updates, even after "hiding" it...
