Think that Woodford would NOT employ the PUT strategy in PRTA simply because PRTA does NOT have the trading, liquidity issues of NWBO. I'll describe below, rather than lose readers.

As for NWBO, suggest one review Beachlife's recent posts as pointed out in post 72455 appears to be spot on, on his assessment of why Woodford is doing this. Reading Beachlife's posts on Woodford's PUT strategy underscores Beachlife's assessment and his options acumen. At least for the newly initiated (me + others), it makes a lot of sense: finally! My apologies Beachlife.
