A cursory look at this company reveals a late filing notice quarter after quarter after quarter. About what I'd expect of a pink. And the issuance of 40,000,000 shares TWO TIMES in rapid succession? That's fine, isn't it?

What I'm not seeing in the obvious tout to which I'm responding:

No indications of sales resulting in profits or losses?

I love seeing you tout a company in which I suspect you have a vested interest. The purpose of this message board is that of bringing usable information to readers.
