I once to spoke to a Chinese Dow polymer electro-optic scientist he was a customer of mine about Lightwave logic he bought some shares he actually went home came back and called me up he had the backing of a lot of money when I approach Lightwave I was told that there were laws that would prevent that in my opinion the current member of the operating committee might know quite a few foreign entities better I would love for this technology is stay here in the US but I can't keep stringing us along without throwing us a bone gotta run X Man
