It's inevitable that at some point in the near future there will be will be increases in the number of authorized AND issued shares. The real question, which you assidiously avoid, is what will be the net capital value of the company when dilution caused by the issuance of additional authorized shares, occurs. Context means everything, and your so-called suspicians, stated without the benefit of explicitely stating what context you have in mind, that is, without describing whether Wave will have a larger net capital value (due to increasing revenue) or a smaller net capital value (due to decreasing revenue), is meaningless.

BTW, I am not going to 'go away' to the other board, as you demanded that I do in your private message. Based on that demand, it is you who is the censorship freak, not me, because you think that this message board has been successfully transformed into a monopoly soapbox forum for bashers with no opportunity for rebuttal. Keep dreaming... your vaunted 'free speech' doesn't work that way.
