They raised the A/S to 11 Billion on Sept 16th. Only 28 days ago. They wouldnt have needed to do that if they conducted any sort of share buyback. Geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez. Many want such great things, but reality is the Whelans raised to 11 Billion because the 9 Billion O/S has probably now gotten closer to 10 Billion mark. They needed more room. A share buyback of any kind would have given them more room, not needing a raise in shares. Please make sure everyone does their dd, before believing things like this.

No company would buyback shares, only to then turn around and raise the A/S while steadily climbing the O/S which proves ZERO SHARES BOUGHT BACK. Numbers would be getting smaller, not larger. The Whelans are in the business to sell shares. Not buy them. His Daughter is IBEX, their lead toxic lender. And the CEO owns no shares of this 11 Billion share gem. What does that tell you? He hasnt bought shares in his 12 year operation. He surely isnt now. And you can see there are new sales coming up. Sales of shares. If you go look at the numbers of product sales, many keep saying sales are up. If you go look this years numbers are actually bellow 2 years numbers in the last 5 years. Year to year, they might be up, only means next year they will be down. But best case, they are on par for a third year out of 7. That means its not getting better. Its remaining about the same, yet the shares went from 750 Million in 6 years, to 11 Billion. His daughter funnels off the top using Daddys firm. They are rich. Take lavish trips. Yet screw shareholders every single chance they get. I posted here last night, this upswing will be met with the company dumping into it. They dumped massive amounts in the trips. You knew they werent going to miss out on this opportunity did you? And clearly they havent.

Please explain how the A/S and O/S continue to climb, and hype of a buyback is even in the equation. Because it is not.

To chase a realistic dream of value, one needs to find a different ticker.
