It's very strange that this company is buying an old patent from a family member and is using shares to do it. The patent does not seem to be something that will generate enough to justify the cost.



Even stranger IMO is that this company didn't send the windmill patent to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

I don't see it here http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ESCU/filings
