One of two things MUST happen for B.I. to sell products of the nature we are hearing about.
1]If B.I. is going to manufacture heat sinks or wire or anything else, then a lengthy/expensive process will be need to be implemented at BORK's manufacturing 'facility'. That 'process' will then need to be certified and then audited to insure compliance.
2]B.I. could have their products manufactured at certified [to ISO requirements] subcontractors that meet the specific ISO standard set forth by the customer.
The second option is much more likely from the information and progress I have. . .
Testing protocols are important, but most large companies require that samples/product of the material[s] be submitted for independent or internal testing.
Boeing for example, requires ridged testing protocols and specifically formatted test results PLUS test samples [of a specific size/dimension, etc.] be submitted along with the results.
Due to product liabilities, internationally, virtually all companies require the above.
IMO the reason nothing came from Pratt & Whitney's interest in Kryron was the samples submitted by B.I. were not to 'standard'
