During my visit with JB, about three weeks ago, I specifically inquired about well documented testing procedures and results, as well as documented duplicated tests to confirm the findings of other tests. He spoke strong confirmation that proper testing procedures and results were documented and of the importance this is to potential users/buyers. In come cases the tests were duplicated in multiple locations and overseen by different people independent of other tests.

The content of some of the questions were developed by a senior scientist for defense contractor who is a physicist, electrical engineer, rocket scientist, who also participated in the visit.
