Um, that would be 100% wrong. Note the statements of Serafini, Esq ...ex-IFUS (and unpaid) attorney to the contrary. The #1 IFUS whipping boy has been released from everything. That's not surprising, #1's name was only there as a mythical "focus of evil" in order to divert attention from MW's malfeasance. Not one ounce of evidence ever existed. And that is one of the reasons MW cancelled the depositions he requested from the Boom Bros. He knows that their depositions would clearly show that everything he said in his depositions were untrue.

The lawsuits remain exactly the same as when they were filed by IFUS.
