LJerry... BCSC just wants a few questions answered by pyct and especially Tom Hands, pyct IR who was working out of BC.
BCSC know the game and these rules are for full disclosure and to protect investors..

11. PayChest has arrangements with two (2) investor relation services contractors. One is US based; the other firm is based in British Columbia. PayChest has given contractually agreed 3 months notice of termination of relations to the Canadian contractor.
