To be honest, I'm not sure where the board stands on a few things...

1. Has Woodford not purchased shares in September and if we think not, what is this based on?

2. Woodford shorted shares while buying shares to prop up the stock though a plan that only someone with lots of no-pie and tons and tons of shares could do.

Pretty sure that last theory has been examined... and now ready, beach and a few others have tossed that one aside now, right? I think that's probably true... as Schnauzer also states.. it's just not NW's thing. He's long, patient, and never shorts. So he wouldn't do it here. So pretty sure he hasn't sold, or shorted any of our beloved NWBO shares.

Now... just a thought.

If it's a certainty that he didn't buy during September (and I'm not sure we truly know that, right?).. but... what if after the German "mistake" came out via Adam's tweet... unfortunately catching everyone off guard including Mr. Woodford. So he calls up his very dear friend Linda, who's company he has invested a small fortune in... and asks what the heck is going on? A temp trial halt in Germany? What is this?

Linda comforts the Commander of the Order of the BE one in a soothing voice and says, I will tell you what is going on... but you'll have to sign this here non-disclosure agreement. And that will mean you can't buy any shares in NWBO for a little bit.

Just saying. He's probably had to sign a couple of those a few times with NWBO... and his buys in the open market would probably back the timing of those up.
