Don't you think that is rather presumptuous to state that Marc cancelled the depositions because he is "running scared." What about other reasons that he might have cancelled? There are certainly many. Consider one of those maybe? Running scared might be one reason to call off the depositions but based on his past history of not being afraid to take on the boot brothers, that reason would be way down the list. With the evidence he has against JS and SA, one thing is for certain, he is not scared of them or what they might say at deposition.
