Precisely. He just claimed in another post this represents a different way, than the normal P&D scam. No, it's not unique. What would be unique is if he has learned from his Numarket Promotion days, dribbling out shares could have a better payout over time, than the usual huge dumping. Not enough units assembled to pay his future salary? No problem, just sell the 1% share limit to make up the difference.

The biggy question is whether he can keep his greed under control? In the CDFT scam the CEO had a guaranteed $200K pay day every year. It had already gone on for years. The SEC couldn't touch him, the way he had things set up. It was all "legal". Then he got greedy, in comes fraud bond capers, and the rest is history.

It is obvious our guest CEO hasn't learned attracting attention on the DD forum, is going to make future pumps a little more difficult in the future.
