Pump and dumps come in many many different forms....as you know. But I count a number of typical red flags with INQD. One of them is what I just observed. The CEO owns close to 50% of the OS at a cost basis of close to nothing. Two individuals maintain total voting control.

Those both are fairly typical red flags.
