Robodog, I only understand that the $10,000,000 will be debited to some version of a cash account and I don't know how it affects stockholder's equity section of the financial statements.

Will it dilute our shares some more? Or is there some other arrangement. I don't think Baltia would give accredited investors shares lower than the .004; but I think they would pay more per share because they're accredited.
Also, we know it isn't debt; because, they checked the equity box.
With Batia's anticipated revenue streams, Baltia feels comfortable about its share structure and is being very careful of its debt (this is awesome)
