Question about that filing, if the accredited investors does give Baltia the money, does that not influence the PPS? OR does their money go into the market like everybody else?

I'm just learning that there are many different ways. The way I do it is that I go to CapitalOneInvesting. com, and buy shares. I am now learning about restricted shares, bought by LT, and now this...
