Wasting company shares is taking equity from shareholders, so in a sense shareholders are PAYING.

That patent is in no way worth $40 million. That patent is simply an upgraded support system for the VAWT blades and nothing more.

No one is willing to show ANY proof that the patent is worth ANYTHING, other than to call the company and ask. That's like asking the shell game guy where the money is.

The company is going to fluff up ANY question asked of them...that's their job and we should be glad they do, but real DD requires more, in depth, independent confirmation of value.

I'm all for promoting my investment, but I want proof of value before I jump on that wagon.
