LJerry,you dealing with pros here they been around the block a few times.
Vancouver or Scamcouver has had plenty of these type plays over the last 20years.

In his case the TSX stepped in and stopped the BS or at least made them come clean on what they stated.

The OTC doesn't have such rule on BS they will go on for longtime here on the pinks...that's what they flew south with this pigeon story.

and even thought they came south left BC/Canada the BCSC still stopped pyct from trading in BC
