Thanks for the question.

Dr Macfarlane oversees the clinical trial. The MD doesn't process the data. The data is sent back to NYC. Additionally, other questions about the company were asked that the MD wouldn't have a clue.

I'd rather leave the MD alone with the trial and leave the questions to who was hired to answer them.
