Thanks for that. I really don't want to waste my time verifying what you wrote, but I appreciate the thorough answer and will stop bugging on the shares.

I'm just very interested to see if the S-1 gets filed, where this can go from here.

Still not worth the current pps, IMO, but maybe one day...
