You are right, it is common not to get your shares right away. Just went through a R/s on another biotech and this is ditto. I really do not know the rules but it is the same pattern. Many good things can happen after getting on the board, like the Russell index and lots more. Dr M seems to have a good handle on it, hope we get good results!
