-Meeting with LG on Tuesday to discuss options with the PPS (can a R/S be done in a way to protect long shareholders? IDK).
Considering the number of posts defending the company as having said "NO" to a R/S, this gets buried 5 lines down on a post from the poster claiming to be Brian Conway?
I'll save everyone the effort. Anti-dilution clauses can be contractual in nature--but "THEY CANNOT CREATE ANOTHER CLASS OF STOCKHOLDER" So good luck with that task.
Now if you go back and read my recent post regarding a reverse, it is not so much the reverse--which SHOULD affect everyone equally--it is what happens AFTER the reverse that creates the dilution.
And that is exactly where this is heading.
Once that happens, shareholder meetings and the like will be meaningless--if that is not already the case.
