Yes, whoever/whatever Annon is, isn't, are/aren't.. my guess, as this always gives me pleasure to speculate; so here I go again:

Possible scenario Only) BK swindled the money from BION, and had set up the ficticious Annon company, and loaned BION their own money.

That's probably it... I laugh, but then again - a good possibility.

I do hope the mystery is solved, but - quite sure it was "probably" fraud.
