Management, maybe for a mature company but any tech company in its infancy needs to have IP to add value to get funding. If you have ever been involved with creating a small company, you would know the methods for starting a company.

If you have ever pitched for funding or gone for seed rounds you would know this.

Larger companies are different and I agree management is key.

Small companies need to add value by creating ip and setting the stage for initial product.

While that may sound like I'm describing Bion, it is also the description of how one goes about starting a company.

It also shows how you are just disgruntled about Carlos. I'm not saying he is the best ( as you keep implying that we worship him), I AM saying he is trying to create value.

Lastly if you or ANon would take over the commonly and try to start this all over it would be years before you create the networks that have been created.

Again. This is not a slam dunk and they have their challenges in front of them. But just saying you would put new management in place or anon will get the patents and poof we go forward, gets u nothing and most likely would stop any advancement or use of the patents. You would still lose. And so would 'anon' whoever they are
