Can someone advise me?

So i had 1818 shares through Etrade. My account now show's shares but has a Zero balance. I realize they are doing a reverse split but does that just mean my shares are in limbo until that time? I see the stock is a .35 cents and i only paid .17. Anyone know a way i can dump this?

Also how is what their doing legal?
