PCSK9's also have zero long term side effect data - look how long it took for the statin side effects to come to light, and some doctors *still* dismiss them as not a problem, or non-existent. Personally, I think lowering LDL down to 75 or 50 is insanely dangerous - you're going to kill your brain cells at that level.
