When did I say the trial was going poorly?

All I said was that JT may know it isn't going to be stopped at interim. Geez, some of you just make up words. Many claim that JT literally knows the efficacy rate of the trial. So if he knows roughly the efficacy rate, and knows the bar for interim stop, he would thus have a good idea of whether it will be stopped or not.

Why raise money now? Well it's probably better to do it before they announce REDUCE-IT won't be stopped. If they announce REDUCE-IT isn't being stopped, then it becomes immediately obvious financing is needed and that will take a toll on the stock price and be a MAJOR overhang. Better to preemptively remove the overhang, as barring other unforeseen news, the PPS is higher now than it will be if they announce REDUCE-IT isn't being stopped.

This has nothing to do with credibility, just numbers and looking at trends and facts. Jeffries has done prior financings with AMRN. AMRN needs financing. AMRN is meeting with Jeffries. The PPS is acting similar as it did before prior financing announcements. This isn't a huge leap!

TOday is a big rebound day for IBB and bios. And this is still red. Financing is the only thing that makes sense.
