Interesting side note. Universal Capital Management, the company who helped bring LWLG public back in 2004 and of which LWLG was a portfolio company, is now operating as Major League Football, Inc.. Major League Football Inc. is seeking to establish, develop and operate Major League Football as a professional spring football league. The Company intends to fill a void by establishing franchises in cities overlooked by existing professional sports leagues and provide fans with professional football in the National Football League (NFL) off-seasons.

In other news, LWLG has traded just 345 shares so far today ($238).
