Absolutely no chance. My understanding is that Energy Supreme LLC does not want any settlement; and MW/IFUS/SE have nothing with which to settle. The company has an extremely negative value and owes far more than it will ever be worth.

The depos were for the State case, BTW. The mediation was part of the Federal case.
