They must be really desperate for cash now.

Wonder why they aren't drawing on the Cyrus line instead. It's much cheaper than this outrageous deal. Or is Cryus not funding? Or are they fully drawn and Cyrus is neglecting to file insider reports, again, for the attached warrants?

This reeks of panic and desperation IMHO.

Caveat emptor.

"Hot" tech companies don't need to raise toxic capital. Period.
