NWBO remains confident in their DCVax platform. They believe DCVax-Direct can be a stand alone therapy, but they are also aware CIs may be one way to enhance its efficacy -- as are adoptive t-cell therapy, etc.

NWBO points out that, at ASCO, prestigious drug companies (such as BMY and Merck) publicly announced their interest in combining checkpoint inhibitors with dendritic vaccines. I take this to mean (infer on my own) the parties are likely working/negotiating intensely behind the scenes on potential partnership trials.

NWBO does not seem concerned (my words) about Optune by Novocure. NWBO appears very confident in DCVax-L.

All these things take time. They think shorts/bears are vulnerable.
