If it's your opinion that your local government is wrong trying to attract industry for your local community, then your local business development organization should be the focus of your wrath; not BION.
Your micro managing gotchas appear to spawn from a naive understanding of business building for a startup company. BION has Four huge business accomplishments propelling its'
Future.
1. Issued patents for their proprietary processes
2. FL and LA have provided tax free bond financing for at least 5 plants.
3. Everything they can produce for 20 plus years is Sold
4. Experienced competent CEO and board
I suggest; You should appreciate the efforts of your community leaders. They know how difficult it is to attract small industry to rural communities. High unemployment is pervasive throughout
the nation especially small cities.
When the EPC is completed cities such as yours will be competing heavily for BION installations.
All your fussing about non load bearing issues is wasted on investors like me.
Best of luck with your "Tempest in a Teapot" crusade!
