I do believe Buffet is also a hedgefunder. I mean he owns his own investment company for crying out loud. Big investment firms like that aren't allowed to touch stocks under $3 a share. Hence, why he paid $235 a share for Precision Cast Parts.

so that would be your reasoning why he hasn't even looked at TPAC
