When we see 3.5 Billion Shares --- would the "conversion" of the preferred use some of these up or add common shares on top of the 3.5 Billion

And assuming conversion at the median price - how many common shares is that? (or is it dollars?)

I covered this a while back.

See post 410335 and 410329 for details on conversion of Series A and B Preferred.

-----------------------
At conversion price - all 600,000 shares of Series B will equal to 266,666,666 shares of common (at conversion rate of $2.25), no partial shares will be issued, also doesn't include dividends owed to Series B. Conversion rate is $2.25 or 20 day price average (the lessor of the two but subject to a floor price of $1.75); at floor price series B is equal to 342,857,142 common not including dividends, etc.

Series A is worth approximately 70,000,000 common shares.
