So, am I understanding that you think a possible scenario is that Germany took the lead in initiating an early approval or some such thing, regardless of the exact name, and that may somehow easily extend to other regulatory agencies? And the bit about Woodford not hedging....? I missed the point/sarcasm/irony, don't even know which.
