Here's what might make every single one of us think more. Look at slide 31 from LP's presentation. Whoooooosh. Went by in a flash, didn't it? It's not even on the poster presented by Dr. Bosch on the same day. That puppy gives us a great amount of leverage with other companies, and it might give all of us a bit more appreciation for the word horsepower. I also sense this might help explain/illuminate to a greater degree why response appears dose and cytokine production related.

The slide is entitled PDL1 on macrophages in tumor correlates with survival. Dr. Bosch mentioned back on May 30, 2015, that macrophages can have serious impact by downregulating immune responses.

What now seems to be clear is that if DCVax-Direct can get those macrophages to express PD-L1, DCVax-Direct appears to use that to its advantage....even without checkpoint inhibitors.

I missed slide 31 completely when I watched LP's presentation.

IMHO, it is a huge breakthrough!
