Also, the commitment of SAC is absolutely nothing. The fact that Wave's financial situation stinks has zero impact on their decision to sign this agreement. Like Samsung, it is a pricing schedule only with no minimums or maximums from SAC.

Being "wrong" has been extremely profitable.
