Lol. Going concerns are NOT uncommon at all.

Let's take a look here... How long has it been stated more then once that they were closed or going to be closed soon? For about 1 1/2 years now!

And look, they are still open and operating. Producing cars!

So sure there is a "going concern" statement into the filing BUT they are open and producing cars. The pics from the most show proves what I am stating.
