It all seems quite plain to me.

"The article came out on August 6, Rosen trolled for clients on August 6, and Nicole F O'Connell signed on August 6."
They trolled and she bit.

"Was Nicole a place holder and lure for another plaintiff to come forward?"
Who needs a placeholder? The complaint wasn't filed until much later...they had plenty of opportunity to find a plaintiff before filing.

"One has to dig to see these signature docs with signing dates."
No, one doesn't. O'connell's certification was filed with the complaint. If you could find the complaint you could find her signed and dated certification. Take another look....it's still there as plain as the nose on one's face.

"I also have a difficult time with this statement from the filing"

Plaintiff has no interests antagonistic to or in conflict with those of the Class.

You shouldn't have a difficult time with that at all. A potential lead plaintiff has to provide such a statement as an assurance to the court that he/she will act in the best interests of the class.

"And, everything happened too quickly for Rosen to have done any serious research to know whether or not he had a valid claim."
That's obvious and not unusual for Rosen.

"Bottom line, I can't explain any of it."
