I can't explain that anymore than I can explain how Nicole, the original plaintiff happened to sign the complain on the same day as the article came out.

The article came out on August 6, Rosen trolled for clients on August 6, and Nicole F O'Connell signed on August 6. Can't prove anything since it's all done electronically, but, it sure seems to be more than a simple coincidence.

Was Nicole a place holder and lure for another plaintiff to come forward? I'd like to know where she works. It just seems suspicious.

Rosen amended the class action with a new plaintiff named Gary Zagami on 9.24.15 His signature date is 8.7.15

One has to dig to see these signature docs with signing dates.

Yet, the case wasn't filed until September 11, 2015

I also have a difficult time with this statement from the filing even though I can't prove anything. It's just such an incredible coincidence when you look at the signing date:

Plaintiff has no interests antagonistic to or in conflict with those of the Class.

Bottom line, I can't explain any of it. It's like trying to make sense out of nonsense. And, everything happened too quickly for Rosen to have done any serious research to know whether or not he had a valid claim. The firm has likely gone through the motions with the expectation of another easy settlement. (He sure was wrong.)

Can you explain how an electronically issued summons might not be virtually instantaneously delivered?
09/14/2015 6 ELECTRONIC SUMMONS ISSUED as to Cellceutix Corporation.

I guess if and when Rosen files the device identification the summons and complaint were issued to we'll find out.
